My Design Process
I follow the ADDIE process and adult learning theory to create a course that meets the learners and companies needs.
First, I conduct a through needs and audience analysis to determine if training is the solution and the objectives.
Next, I select instructional modalities and methods, develop the basic course design, and create the course map. Upon approval, I move to the development phase.
During and after implementation, I gather data to determine the success of the learning and what improvements could be made.
Lastly, I evaluate the course by using measurements to understand the overall learner experience and to track the impact to organizational results.
